Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $355,000
Cash invested: $40,000

This was my first purchase. 2 family multi in Connecticut. Large 2 bedrooms each/ 1 bath New Lofts style.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I purchased this as my first step to building a real estate portfolio. The goal is 1 a year if possible.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal through my realtor and we negotiated the price.

How did you finance this deal?

I use my personal capital to fund. Wish I knew of other options but I haven’t looked beyond my realtor till now. Excited to be here.
