Looking for someone to review my LTR excel sheet
Hello all! I have an Excel sheet I use to underwrite LTR deals. All the numbers seem accurate, but I'd aprpeciate if someone could take a look at it and tell me if it's functions accurately I found some corruption in the after-tax ROI sections, so I already know there's at least one issue with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
