What was the outcome?
Delivered a great product to a happy customer who is now renting the property for STR.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
Worked full time while remodeling. Took too much time. Being there full time would have been more profitable than working a full time job.
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
Contractors. Some good some not great but, the investor who bought the home has worked with me for contracting needs.
