Identifying sales price by bedroom count

I'm working on analysis and would like to confirm average sale price for residential and small multi-family properties by bedroom count within zip codes in the Houston Texas area. Does anyone have suggestions on websites providing this information? I've located Zillow estimates and other resources but none that provide actual average sale price for this breakdown outside of the MLS. Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.
