I always wanted to build wealth through real estate but never really knew where to start. I bought a townhome 2 years back when the market was at peak. There's some cashflow that's coming through rental. Hopefully turns out to be a good decision in few years.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
As a single 30 year old, i just wanted to invest my rent through an investment home. I though townhouse would be a best deal for rentals in DFW area.
