Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
3 Family home. Lived in 1 and rehabbed and rented 2 units
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Only one I could afford at the time and the city was providing down payment and closing assistance

Looked on for sale by owner listings and made the offer that I was approved for.
