Insurance Quote Analysis

I have a couple of insurance quotes for a property I have under contract. I have always hated Insurance and it's sort of my weak point. I was wondering if anyone here could take a look at them and tell me what you think. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Contact a few local insurance brokers, they’re the experts and understand the risks specific to their area. Each broker may have a different take based on the carriers they work with. For example, insurance in Tahoe is often more expensive and harder to obtain than in Reno due to higher wildfire risk. Insurance companies look at things like plumbing(galvanized, lead) and electrical systems (knob and tube, bad panels), the age and condition of the roof, and vegetation near or over the home. In higher fire-risk areas like Tahoe and much of California, defensible space is a major factor. A good insurance agent can review photos and property details early and help find issues that could increase costs or limit coverage. If possible, use your current insurer, you can sometimes get discounts.
