Deal Evaluation spreadsheet
Does anyone have a multifamily underwriting spreadsheet they use?
i'm looking for one that could evaluate deals 75 units or bigger. Where I can put information like the operating income cash flow, calculate NOI etc. and that they would be willing to share?
I am open to any models that you might have, in exchange I'm more than happy to share any insights and knowledge that I have from 17 years of property multifamily property Management, North Carolina. Thanks
