Hey all! Trying to really master my underwriting as I continue my RE journey, feel like I got lucky with these first 2 properties and want to be more confident in my number crunching for myself and for partnerships. Any book recommendations, general advice, or good excel sheets anybody would like to share? Thanks!!!
