What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Just knew I needed to start investing in real estate, tried to find a decent house to put money down and cover with rent.

Used a relator.
How did you finance this deal?
20%+ down so I didn't have to pay PMI
Lessons learned? Challenges?
I was too nice to the sellers and they left the house a complete mess when they moved out, I should not have signed the closing paper work until the house had been cleaned.
