Hello,

I am contemplating begining in real estate investing by starting with small multifamily properties in the Tampa/Orlando FL area. My intent is to occupy one and rent out the rest. I have a few questions:

1. Has anyone bought brand new construction multifamily properties before for rentals?

2. What are the scenarios where such an investment would make sense and have positive cash flow?

3. What sites are best for searching and finding these types of properties both new and existing?
