Keeping cash flow while acquiring hold properties
Hello guys,
So my strategy is to acquire 4 Strong cash flow properties a year. Im up to 9 now but without pulling the equity from them (and in such loosing the strong rental cash flow) I dont know the best way to continue to scale. How have other people delt with this? I know alot of people in this space also do Fix and Flips which i have in the past but I dont have strong sourcing for those types of deals.
Any suggestions?
