@Tasha Mckoy then look at your area and see what types of returns people are getting. There is the 1% rule and the 2% rule and everything in between. Search out the posts on these and you will have a good start on understanding income.

Typically a higher income property would be lower priced and be more work and less appreciation. I say typically because there are exceptions to every rule
