Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $330,000
Cash invested: $32,000

I bought this home out of college with some money I made in the stock market. The intention was always to rent it out in the future.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The home was in a great place, it was in a developing area near other families and fit my needs for the short-term while also being perfect for renting once I was ready to move.

What was the outcome?

Currently rented and paying itself off.
