Help Setting Up a Sober Living Facility or ADA Home

Hey y’all, Does anyone have experience setting up a sober living facility in Marietta, GA? I have a house that is perfect for it but I’m hearing that the county the house is located in has weird zoning laws against them. And I’m looking to bring on a mentor to help me get this set up.
