Wrap around mortgage
Does anyone have any experience with wrap around mortgages? I have a property in one and i honestly did it on a whim while i left overseas for a deployment so i could sell the house fast. But i feel due to my inexperience and lack of knowledge i feel i have been taken advantage of the whole way since having the property.
