Hey Michael, Congratulations on your investment. I have been thinking about the Shenandoah market for my next STR purchase. 255K - does this include your down payment? Seems like a lot of money for the value add you mentioned. Would you say Massanutten is the place to be in? How do you feel about the appreciation potential here? The markets I am currently in have very weak appreciation unfortunately :(
