Investment Info:

Mobile home fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $190,000
Cash invested: $90,000
Sale price: $350,000

Purchased for $190,000 total renovations new kit, baths, flooring, doors, trim, painting, and decks. Then sold for $350,000 1/15/26.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have flipped several mobile homes over the past 2 years

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am a certified real estate appraiser that does 10-12 mobile home appraisals per week.

How did you add value to the deal?

Total renovation of $90,000 after purchase

What was the outcome?

Profit

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I pre-shelled this home before I started it and did not like the stress of deadlines and believe I would have profited more if I sold after completion

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I also have my real estate brokers license in MA and RI so I do not need a real estate agent for the sale.
