How I’m simplifying property management systems for mid-sized portfolios

Investment Info:

Single-family residence industrial investment investment.

Managing properties gets messy fast — especially once you go beyond a few units.

What I’ve been noticing (and working on) is how most of the stress doesn’t actually come from the properties themselves, but from the systems behind them… or lack of one.

Things like:
Rent tracking spread across spreadsheets
Tenant communication happening in multiple channels
Maintenance requests getting lost or delayed

It works at the start, but once you scale, it becomes hard to keep everything organized.
