Here is the $500K weekly schedule written in plain language

not a theory

not an aspiration

the literal time allocation model used by agents earning $500K+ per year

monday and tuesday mornings: prospecting block

7:30 to 9:00 AM

lead follow-up calls, referral outreach, new lead contact

no emails

no admin

no exceptions

this window is the engine of the business

nothing touches it

monday and tuesday afternoons: revenue windows

9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and again 1:00 to 3:00 PM

listing appointments and buyer consultations

this is where the income is made

everything else waits

wednesday and thursday mornings: second prospecting block

same as monday

same rules

wednesday and thursday afternoons: support activities

transaction coordination, content creation, VA task delegation, partner outreach

friday: review and plan

What got done this week?

What moved forward?

What stalled and why?

plan next monday's priorities before you leave

then hard stop

no calls after the plan is written

the reason this schedule works is not the blocks themselves

it is the discipline of saying no to everything that tries to move into a revenue window

every agent who implements this schedule will get tested within the first 72 hours

someone will try to schedule a call during the prospecting block

the answer is no

"i have a commitment that time, i can do 2pm or tomorrow morning"

that sentence, said consistently, is worth $150,000 per year
