Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment.

Purchase price: $72,000
Cash invested: $71,900

Foreign National Loan OH (Private Money)

-This borrower was an investor from Canada, that bought an investment property in Ohio.
We were able to close on this Foreign National loan for him. Purchase Price was $72K, and repairs were $20K. He did not have a U.S Credit score, which was fine. In total it took us 2 weeks for us to close from term sheet. Total Loan Amount for this project on the lender side was $71,900 (77.5% LTC). No Tax Returns or W-2 income was needed.
