Investment Info:

Other private money loan investment in Waxahachie.

Cash invested: $850,000

This was a Land Loan that we closed in Texas. The Appraisal came in at $1.7M. The loan amount was $850K, so we ended up at 50% LTV. I believe it was a 2 year term.
