Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Magna.

Purchase price: $306,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $440,000

single family with minimum updates was turn to a multigenerational living .
all new plumbing,electrical and complete new finishes ....

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This type of projects are the ones I do every day .

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

found it trough networking

How did you finance this deal?

was able to secure a hard money loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Complete rehab turning a hose that was only 2 bed ,1 bath, into a 3 bath, 5 bed ,compact laundry upstairs ,side by side laundry downstairs to accomplish all of this central air was moved to attic doing this was the best option ,

What was the outcome?

very satisfied and already onto next one.

the lesson learned was that sometimes less is more .
