Live and flip a small multi

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Kearny.

Purchase price: $551,000
Cash invested: $130,000

its a 2 family need work, lucky on this one because right after I purchased this the rent skyrocketed and soon the price also scyrocketed. the cash flow is great and I have ton of equity

on market and I did not negotiate at all as I am a newbie. infact I bought a fixer upper at almost full price lol

fix everything up and finish the 3f

it is cash flowing amazing

dont be scared, any one can do anything, youtube university is great.

no this is an open house we dont have an agent.
