Fix and Flip near Sacramento
I've got a flip I'm looking into. Purchase 450k, rehab 75k, ARV 650k safe, will list for 699k
I’m using a hard money loan, 10% down, 10% interest. I’d be all in but I’m waiting on funds from another flip I’m selling. Could definitely use gap funding on this one.
Prices in my area have been going down so more deals are making sense, excited about that!
