Rental Calculator PMI

I am new to the rental calculator and after using it a few times, I have not seen where it factors PMI into the income vs expenses analysis. If I set my down payment at anything below 20% with the calculator automatically factor in a PMI or is that an expense I'll need to add onto the final number?
