Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $80,000
Cash invested: $110,000

Its a house of 5 beds and 2 baths ,
1680 sqft
1982

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

its was god fit for BRRRR METHOD

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Facebook. I inspected the house and got a deal

How did you finance this deal?

my money and hard money lenders

How did you add value to the deal?

I add another restroom and I updated the kitchen

Lessons learned? Challenges?

oh yeah !! there's was a lot of challenges , but I learned a lot , always be on the property and never give money every week to them ,always half when they start and the other half when they are done
