I have a 4-unit in a north side suburb of Columbus, OH.

4- 2bd / 1bth units. Brick exterior, onsite parking (not covered). All units just remodeled (new kitchen cabs, flooring, baths, lighting, paint etc) Remaining terms of leases range from 10 months - 12 months. Good location.

Annual Rent: $66,960

Annual taxes: $8,800

Annual Insurance: $2,500

I need to determine If I should hold or do the numbers make sense to sell this. Help me with pegging a value from an investors perspective. Thanks!

Hey @John Suttom, welcome to the BP Forum! While I'm not located in CBus, those taxes/insurance numbers seem to be a little on the low side. Have the taxes been re-assessed after you completed the rehab? And how much did you spend on the rehab, $30k-$35k per unit?
