This triplex in Lillington, NC was my first multifamily acquisition and has been a great learning experience. The property is currently around break-even because I used private money to acquire it, but the long-term plan has always been cash flow. As that debt is paid down and rents continue to stabilize, it will become a strong income-producing asset. I view this as a buy-and-hold property that will provide reliable monthly cash flow for years to come. I am looking for multifamily deals in NC.
