What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I was studying real estate investing 2014 and figured it’s about time to take some action and find something to buy and well family units are preferable in many ways
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I believe we were working with a real estate agent looked at one place before, but we didn't qualify cause we were trying to use an FHA loan so the seller showed us this property that did qualify
