Feedback on an Opportunity Portal
If I could get feedback on a portal I created to find and analyze opportunities directly from the MLS. Some sample screenshots are below. This is updated daily with the most recent properties already analyzed, and when you click the sales or rental comps you receive the pop-up below the list. When you click analyze flip or rental you can analyze the opportunity. Any other data points that would be useful?
What else would you like to see from this portal, anything missing?
