Thoughts on Container Box Tiny homes?

I live in Amarillo, Texas, and we have several massive data centers being built within an hour of Amarillo. One is already well underway with several more planned. Hotels are jammed, RV parks are full.  I'm looking at buying containers that have been converted to tiny homes. About 300 to 400 square feet.  I would prefer just to sell them outright, and let the new owner worry about where to put it, etc.  Find a place nearby to have a couple of displays, and begin marketing them on FB Marketplace.

What are thoughts on this concept?
