First one in Rehab Second under contract!
hey everyone, this is so much fun, purchase my 1st SFR in March. Took awhile but finally closed and started Rehab last week. Then found a SFR on auction and won it on Thursday! Nice 4bed, 3 bath with 2513 square feet. My wife, the TAK president is really catching on!!! Will send photos and numbers when I get them.
