Mobile Home Park Deal need help!!
Greetings.
Looking at mobile home park.
Deal is as follows:
Asking price $300,000
8 mobile homes that are owned by owner and rented. No lot rental on property.
2 single family homes.
1 Billboard $2,000 a year
1 garage $250 per month
Rentals run between $450-600.
Total income just over $5,000 per month.
Dumpster $78 per month
Property taxes and insurance $3500 annually. ( seems low)
Can someone helping determining value or offer price? I'd love for them to owner finance all or a portion of it!
