Foreclosure Auction Success Stories?
I am curious if anyone has recent success stories regarding properties purchased at foreclosure auctions. I have heard these have gotten very competitive and harder to find good deals.
I'd be interested to hear the feedback from the investors here at BP.
Also, let me know if you are going to in person auctions at the county or online auction sites.
