I'm starting this post as a constant reminder to myself, that I WILL get that first deal done, and as a tracker of my progress.

These are a few of the first 200 yellow letters I sent out on June 25th. To date I have had 5 callbacks from them. Made offer on one and will analyze the others this weekend. Gonna 'get r done'.
