BP Help!!! How to wholesale liquidating inventory
Hey everyone,
I received a call from a landlord and his wife wanting to liquidate their entire inventory before their divorce so they don't have to go through all the legal stuff. My question is how do I go about getting all the properties under contract (15 homes, 2 duplexes, 2 apartment complex)? How should I structure the deal and what type of financing should I pursue? Also the husband wants out asap so he can move out of state so time is of the essence.
