Sub-2 on a property with a HELOC
I own three investment properties in a condominium close to the University of Florida. One of the owners who I have helped place tenants in his property expressed an interest in selling the property. He has a HELOC of 46k and owes about 43K the property could be sold to Chinese cash investors quickly anywhere from 75-85k. How can I work this deal out. I'm interested in a subject 2 financing, however my credit is not very good. What are some of the options that I may have to get this deal done?
