Finding Out Comps

Hello BP Community! What are some ways to go about finding out comps for properties in a neighborhood? Thanks in advance for the help.

If you can get access to the MLS, it's probably one of the better ways to find out comps in a particular neighborhood. There are other websites out there that track home sales information but it may or may not be as reliable. Good luck!
