Three Times A Charm

Well, after taking the Broker exam for IL three times I have finally passed-Thank God!! I have heard several people say that the exam was challenging, and I very much so agree, but I can say that I am glad that I have completed it. My purpose for getting my license was to first give me more education about the real estate industry since I am still fairly new to this field, and to also be able to have the access that having a license provides you. As a wholesaler, I felt getting my license would be beneficial because it has taught me a lot about the actual real estate sales transaction process, and I have a better understanding of CMA's and actually valuing residential property, in additional to a lot of the other important information that was presented to me. This will also benefit my company since I have the goal of flipping my first property in the near future. I just wanted to share this with the BP community and let some of the newer investors know what a benefit it is to getting your license.
