Seller refusing to close. Now what?
came time to close and seller asked to extend date due to the title of the houhouse having a lean from the city of L.A. the city also said he has to put water reduce landscape. Now 6 days later the seller is refusing to close due to having to pay to much money and fees and now not willing to fix the repairs . What can i do at this piont.
