Comps before contract or contract before comps
Ok now after I contact a motivated seller how would I go by analyzing the deal to find out my assignment fee? Do i prepare comps before i contract or contract before i prepare the comps ?

@Terrance Little why would you make an offer without knowing the comps? How can you possibly know what to offer, without knowing the comps?
