First steps
Hello BP community, I am finally making my fiist few steps in my real estate investing career. I am in the process of searching for my first home in which I want use as a buy and hold property in the future. I am also learing as much as I can about wholesaling and now working on my first direct Mail campaign.
I have to thank BP for the abundance of information on here and all the inspiration I see each and every time I log on. I know this might not fit the criteria of a success story but I think it will be the beginning of one.
Just a quick picture of my progress, all letters are hand written and does take quite a bit of time I must say but I believe it will be worth it.
