appraisal question
I had an appraisal done for the lender, I think the appraiser hasd his head up something..
prelacement value was $119,900
depreciation was $104,000...
income based appraisal was monthly gross x 15.... where is a home worth 15 months rental income? So a 1.2 cap rate?
Is this typical? Zillow zestimate is $98k....actual appraisal $15,900
