Hi everyone
I had a realtor appointment set up for today to look at a house I'm looking to flip. The realtor never showed up so I called and left a message. Still have not heard from the realtor! I do real estate investing part time and don't have time for games. Should I get another realtor to show the house?
I want to use my time wisely

Unless you have a track record with this agent & this was a one off emergency &/or fluke I would reach out to another agent.
No reason not to call you & reschedule.
