It's a property in Bay Point, CA. An old estate which could be refurbished and cleaned up some to increase in value for a nice profit. Or can be converted into multi-units for steady income cash flow. I've contacted all on our buyer's list, as well as marketed it to postlets, craigslist, biggerpockets, and meetups. Are there another place to market the property too!
