Hi everyone,

I have come across a unique redevelopment opportunity in NY.  I am trying to put together a land valuation report.  The seller is not very savy when it comes to actual land costs and i think we can make an offer well below marker that will be accepted.  All this being said, anyone have a calculator is is there a model where I can plug my assumptions out there.  

This is my first potential deal. :)
