Foreclosure Analysis- First Investment
A buddy and I are thinking of purchasing a beat up foreclosure for 200-225k, live in it for 9-12 months and sell for 340k. It is an auction, so the purchase price is an estimate, but I think there is a fair amount of money to be made.
I would love some feedback on both the deal as well as the spreadsheet- Is there anything I am missing?
