I'm new investor and need advice on deal. It has 3 beds 2 bathroom 1817 sqft The purchase price is ten thousand It needs new foundation/ roof/ kitchen/ havoc/ and bathrooms The comps in the area are 175/190 Can you tell is this good deal I think it will take $100000 in repairs
