How  many investors use these calculators?  How accurate are they?  Are there better ones out there?

If you are referring to the deal analyzers, I use them routinely.  

My commercial lender is very impressed with the rental analyzer pdf's i send him.

Regarding accuracy, math is math.  They are accurate.  This isn't like those calculators you can buy online for dirt cheap because they are missing the number 3.
